One option for Capstone would be to sell 30%-50% of Santo Domingo and buy 100% of VD.

The sale & future cash flow could give them enough money to bring both mines into production with no debt, while transferring some risk from Chile to Arizona.

Capstone also likes technology.  They might be looking to develop their in-situ leaching expertise and being very close with existing infrastructures, I could see the VD capex reduced from 300M to 200M under their control.
