This is fatigue people bailing with small profits and resolving nothing is happening in short term. 

It doesn't look like a lot of fatigue though...we're still getting '100% Buy" signals on all time horizons.

As I type there is some sort of glitch on the site as it shows CUU at $55, having had today a $54.43 increase in share price for a daily gain of 9,549%, lol.  https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/CUU.VN/opinion

 edit: no wait the SP glitch is probably what is behind the white hot Buy signals... :P
