It actually doesn't have anything to do with your bank they will show up in your bank fairly quickly but they won't be available to trade until the bank gets authority over them...Covid has made this department work very slowly I exercised Warrents last year in May and I wasn't able to trade them till the end of August (ugh) 

I exercise more warrens in January and it wasn't until March but I was able to trade them… And I exercise some last week so I'm hopeful is only a few weeks
