I wonder what he means by that comment. Satisfy growth of what?  Surely he doesn't mean that just Tecks projects alone could satisfy the copper shortage?  If that is the case then this copper bull market doesn't have alot of strength. There are alot more companies than Teck trying to build mines.  Maybe he just means growth of Teck.

Other articles talk about 14 to 15 new mines being needed every year for the next 15 years.
