Ok, I got a response back re: warrants:  If you own warrants, you wont be screwed out of their benefit if a deal is struck...they will be factored into the deal

"All outstanding warrants would be included in a ‘buy out’ transaction, as for the details on whether they would need to be exercised or whether they would be given a cash value in the transaction would be determined within the agreement"
