I would be in favour of one of the two (SC or VD) selling right now and a healthy dividend flowing into my bank account right now. Then i would be happy to receive a quarterly dividend from the rest of the deposits for the rest of my life.

What I would hate to have happen, is us doing any more joint ventures, and not knowing what is going on. Going to the computer every morning hoping today is the big announcement day only having to think "@!*K sake nothing today" again and again.
