CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
It seems crazy to me that there could be so much room in a valuation of Schaft and VD?? EG showing a method that would value CUU at 79 cents and then another valuation by YM showing conservative 50% npv (900k) as $1.63, some say 75% npv which would $2.45
The one method "conservative" is twice the value of the price per lb method....Which method is the industry norm? Surely there can't be this much variation of value in reality????
