As at 1/31/21 there are 24,716,665 warrants that expire before 7/28/21 with a minimum $4,022,943 exercise price. There are a further 26,038,002 warrants that expire in early 2024 for minimum of $2,343,420.

if all warrants are exercised the total shares outstanding will be 549,353,163.

The EH payment will take $1,200,000. That will leave $2,822,943 in coffers until 2024, unless the warrants are exercised earlier.
