Message: PEA Filed with SEDAR

Thank you, Leofunk, for posting the SEDAR report. One of the PEA recommendations popped out for me:

“Proceed to the permitting stage to obtain an Arizona Protection Permit and the Underground Injection Control Permit for Class III Wells.”

I know nothing of these matters. Does anyone know how long the above process takes? And is it routine or might there be issues involved? Is it necessary to have the permits in hand before making a sale or is it just good practice to get the ball rolling with the possibility of having a buyer continue the process if it isn’t all wrapped up before purchase? To put it yet another way, would a potential buyer stipulate that permits are granted as a condition of purchase?
