They were in the process of applying for the AP and UIC permits in 2018 but stopped because they couldn't get surface access to drill the pilot test holes. Whether or not this is still a problem will be determined in discussions with the mining companies in the area. There shouldn't be a barrier to selling the property unless the potential buyers see an unacceptable risk. The local companies include Freeport McMoRan and BHP, who are copper heavyweights. I presume CUU is talking to them and will find out where they stand.
