too bad you didn't chime in earlier.  I could have looked up the trades and see who bought/sold and which market they were routed to.

A couple of things could have happened. First, TD doesn't aggregate and display bid/ask positions from all markets. Your order could have been routed to a smaller market that is not part of the aggregate TD displays.    Although the followig site is 15 mins delayed it shows aggregate bid/ask from all markets and the last fifty trades from all markets.  The second page of this list only displays for a few seconds for me.  I have to repeatedly click 'page 2' to keep the info on the screen.  Not sure why.  Anyway for today it only shows trades back to 10:20 EST which is about a half hour after your trades.

The second thing that could have happened is that your order sold into an "iceberg" order where the Ask is reloaded instantly when a sell is recorded at that price.

The third which you can verify in webbroker is that TD might have acted as principle in the sale (essentially selling you the shares from their own account instead of finding the shares listed on the market) and then would have charged you a fee equivaalent to your usual trade commission amount.   Go to your Activity page to check if the trades includes the following notice like on my recent trade:
