I think He's just exercising enough to put in his and his wife's tfsa.  Surely he has more warrants than 10k worth 

As for a dividend,  i doubt the company would issue a dividend without allowing warrant holders to benefit....remember until EE exercises his millions of warrants he is not going to allow a dividend payout that he doesn't get.

750k on DCOP volume is about $11k
