In your opinion, what would be good vs. fantastic results for VD and SC and where should the SP be based on those results?  In order to have an exit strategy, you must have numbers in head?

The only exit strategy for insiders is selling the assets.  Personally, I would only consider selling my shares if speculation brings our valuation beyond what I think is fair value.

Diversification is a strategy like another, but personnaly, I prefer less diversification.  This allows more time to focus on a smaller number of companies.  More knowledge = less risk = less need for diversification.
