Anyone else get the feeling that EH is some sort of bargaining chip?  Why is the deal not closing??  Its been waaaay, waaaay too long.  Maybe it is yet to be determine as to who ends up keeping it within a broader deal being struck?  IDK.  Its just too weird.

Has anyone ever got any kind of statement as to what the real hold-up is supposed to be?
