In a news release put out at the end of Oct 2019(year ago) CF expected the Schaft Creek program to be completed by the end of Nov 2019. About 30 days from when they put out the press release.

We now are close to a year delay of what CF thought would take about 30 days. So what possibly could be a plausible reason? 

I heard Elmer proudly mention that the number two guy on the SCJV is a CF guy. That means absolutely nothing I figure. It is not like he is a vice-president that would take over should number one guy flip over dead. And perhaps the number one guy isn't sharing everything he knows.

Could there be a legitimate reason that has any credibility? Not knowing the mining process that well, but some of you do.
