So this would leave Copper Fox with 6.41% + 1.55% = 7.96% of the 30% net proceeds?

Assuming net proceeds of 750M per year:

30% x 750M x 7.96% = 18M per year

18M x 25 years, discounted at 2% = NPV (2%) of 350M
18M x 50 years, discounted at 2% = NPV (2%) of 564M
18M x 100 years, discounted at 2% = NPV (2%) of 773M
