YM, I've mentionned this before, but the work done in the last 7 years was mostly to improve Teck's business case.  Our value, in therory, is already 771M based on the 2013 FS numbers.  Teck's value was negative, so they had to improve their business case significantly and they will.  We will get to that later with numbers.
