Can anyone explain?  Its not its commodities prices going up. The overall copper sector is up some 2% or so but not like 9%.  Oil is still limping.  And Northern Chile has been having massive earthquakes lately with one more really big one this morning...so that's not going to help their SP...I'm stumped.  Anyone?
