I agree. This arguement that they want to make sure the report is done right, is getting a little old. In fact: CF has been using that basic line for 10 years now. We are not getting anywhere. Elmer even mentioning the future is a joke.  

He is getting good pay and is not so affected by Teck's indifference, as we are.  He is not willing to violate the regulation and not willing to go in front of a judge. Not willing to get politicians involved and not willing to increase our public profile. No wonder Teck is so cordial with him. "Do everything we say and we will smile at you"

We would need to go in front of a judge to make Elmer go in front of a judge. 

Teck is going through changes but they still have the coal fired bonehead in charge. He is probably licking his chops at Alberta right now.

This is a sh1tty investment and that AGM was a cruel joke.
