Why don’t you call in and ask these important questions you have, I’m sure everyone here would appreciate that.

Been there done that, and at best been given non-answer responses to my tough questions...and at worst been bold-faced lied to...
...and, I tend to totally lose my cool when being lied to.  Just thinking about their mess is already too much for my blood pressure.
