You are not allowed to sit on material news just because your AGM is upcoming.  If you were expecting a surprise positive announcement at the AGM then brace yourself for a major disappointment.  

Maybe someone can ask Ernesto if he will commit to first fully exercising his .15 warrants (the ones on which he just waived his accelerated expiry, denying/starving the company of a much needed funding for drilling/advancing projects) before setting any further PP's at prices at .15 or lower?  TIA
