We all know how the vote is going to go but the point is, if you are displeased, wouldn't you want them to at least know it? Just because a couple of shareholders can't force Elmer out does not mean you shouldn't let him know how you feel about his performance, or lack of....

I think he's in for some very tough questions. Will he answer them?
