What is wrong with you two. He owes you absolutly nothing. I see how you can say his math is wrong, but he was choosing to value those 10% of shares as "free" to a degree, so I can see how he wanted to think this way and was basically removing all risk and money off the table for 12% and instead choose to sell and take the full profits of 25%.

THEY DO NOT need to tell you how many shares they own or don't own.

THEY DO NOT need to own shares to post on the board.

THEY DO NOT need to own shares to be a hub leader.

THEY DO NOT need to tell you when they sold their shares.

You two are nit picking on something that literally should mean absolutly nothing to you, move on and all of these messages should be deleted/moved to off topic.
