The day for signing!

But later we learned....no signatures yet, 2 more weeks still needed to finalize report.

Possible scenario on that day of their meeting-

Teck tells copper fox....."Listen, Yes we wanted to sign today but maybe it's best we wait couple more weeks and wait to conclude this huge development of the SC project until after our quarterly report and conference call.
We don't want to deal with our shareholders and their questions just yet. We rather handle this closer to the October report".
