CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
You are correct on the buyout limit. All acquisitions I've seen are quoted as a premium to the 20 VWAP. In our case Teck would not pay more than 15 cents/share right now ,which is a 150% premium. We can certainly hold out for more but we still have to find a buyer willing to pay more. I'll have a lot more to say about our current status after Elmer has one more opportunity to demonstrate the SC ship is back on course and not heading down to Davy Jones locker.
