Hey, I hope my numbers are wrong and it's a larger valuation but I like to value it based on what the market is paying and I believe this is the similar price Teck paid for QB2 13.5% as well.  I want to be conservative and not give myself too much hope for valuation.

 

You're right about QB2 and Teck's little asterisk on it.  They don't tell how you they got to that valuation but I do know one thing for sure and that is cash flow in the first 5 years is basically double of SC.  Gold needs to be over $2k for us to equal that.
