Most if not all charter outfits in BC are operating with the only restriction of using a face mask while on board. Any charter outfit hired to go into Schaft Creek would have no problem and you would have no problem finding one to do the job. There is also no separation restriction since all passengers are from the same place or firm that contracted the charter and not random passengers like say, on an Air Canada flight.
