No it was a dump by Scotia into the bids in place at .095 and .09.  Note though, that over the last few days, Scotia accumulated about the same number of shares while it sat on the 0.095 bid over that time.   https://www.quotemedia.com/portal/time_sales?qm_symbol=CUU%3ACC&searchBySymbol=symbol
