Well this may show that there is actually some fruitful negotiations going on. Perhaps we are being totally bought out and the thinking is why bother keeping the website. (ok face slap...silly thought)

I think Elmer is a good explorer and finding deposits that others have overlooked. Remembering deadlines ...not his strong point.
