I like your thinking but think even bigger.

Based on info from management and the website makes me believe we finally getting a JV agreement with another major on VD or a spin-off company for Desert Fox as a separate public entity.

The Warrants are not the big plan Copper Fox has in mind for "various funding options" for 2020 program imo.
