Are you referring to QB2?

In my opinion, that minority interest got a pretty decent offer from Teck considering the information (NAV) that was available at the time. You can't compare the buyout price years ago with the latest numbers published by Teck.

In our case, management decided to wait for the improved numbers, which they now have, before negotiating anything. In a sense, we are lucky that QB2 happened before us as it showed how Teck plays ball.
