IMO, unbridled greed explains all of the seemingly inexplicable actions and outcomes.

Those with significant interest in Schaft Creek are in the know about the billions and billions of value found there.   They are trying hard to hide the truth about bounty from all possible.  Copper Fox's interest in the SCJV is dilution protected to some degree. But we minority shareholders are not dilution protected from Copper Fox insiders who jump to reprice lower PPs at historic lows and then continuousy sweeten their warrant incentives.      

Demoralize and Dilute your Fellow Stakeholders is an actual strategy, IMO.
So I figure I'll just wait a while longer and participate in PPs at or maybe under a penny where I'll buy 10 million shares with 10 million 2-cent warrants for under six figures.  Therefore diluting you chumps who would be too discouraged by then to participate, lol.
