Anybody know if there still a problem with VD access? I was under the impression that they (CUU) weren't even allowed on the property because of the person or people who actually own the land or surface rights. Has that finally been cleared up or are we just getting another load of BS from old drilling samples while convenienntly failing to mention one of the real problems?
