10. PROGRAMS 10.1 Initial and Subsequent Programs. Until such time as a Production Decision is made, the Operator shall propose draft Programs, by February 28th of each year, for Management Committee approval. Any Program to prepare a Feasibility Study shall be prepared under a separate Program and shall be for such term as the Operator feels is appropriate for the completion of such Feasibility Study. The Operator shall propose an initial draft Program subsequent to the date hereof for Management Committee approval.
