Elmer has had no control over the timing, content and outcome of these "studies" because of an agreement he signed. Of course he would have preferred to have all of this done years ago but these are the consequences. Just remember that Teck has to act in the best interest of their shareholders if a deal is being discussed. Whoever has the most leverage gets the best deal. Right now it's a complete mystery what they've been doing and what purpose it serves. Let's see what we're told after they finalize the 2019 report. There's a lot riding on it.
