Full credit to you for asking. I've reread the feasibility clause in the JV. Every aspect of this work for the past 5 years points to a redo of the FS, except Elmer calls the 2019 program a "conceptual study". If it is a FS then it will have to be disclosed as it absolutely is material. If Elmer decides to carry on without explaining anything then we can look forward to more destruction of shareholder value, what little is left anyway.
