Don't you think Elmer knows that not explaining anything will hurt the SP?

Maybe calling it a conceptaul study is a way around another FS, as what is the reason at this time, considering the cost & time to do it when all parties involved know the know the inside and out of the SC project, the production capability and the ROI per ton of ore processed. Plus in initial mining operations they have the choice of going after the easier, shallower ore in lesser grades or going after the better grades at depth, which incurs more cost.

Don't you think they can come to an agreement on a selling price, knowing what they do, without doing another FS ? Granted if another party gets involved they probably would, as the 3rd party would want to know the inside & out of this property IMHO.
