None of your arguments are based on facts and backed up by examples. Did you find any project similar to ours that sold for 2-3 times the NAV? People thinking we will sell for 3$ should expect a revised study increasing the NPV from 500M to 6B. I would be happy with this, but I doubt this will happen and prefer to keep a reasonable target between 500M and 800M.
