Elmer to Don: If we do this JV are we going to build this project and what is the anticipated timeline?

Don to Elmer: Of course, we'll work out the details after we announce the JV. Oh........and let's remove that Salazar distraction.........

 

Wouldn't it have been nice if we would have known that this thing would drag on for a decade so we could have invested in other things in the market that have paid out handsomely over the last 10 years and THEN jumped into this for pennies today!!
