Willy Nilly... When Elmer responds to my emails he always mentions a good working relationship with Teck.  I was  critical of Teck removing itself off of the powerline queue and cancelling it's position at the port. He responded  that Teck saved a lot of money over the years by not having to pay those expenses.  I equate that to investing in a restuarant that never opens and being happy that money was saved by not paying dishwashers. 

It shows. to me, how close Elmer and Teck are on this. He may consider Teck as the only entity suitable for this project. But I fear he may also go along with more delays that are just in Tecks interest.

Those are just my thoughts but he may have another outlook on this that I would not know about.
