You've left out the most important reason for developing a resource project, strong project economics. That's why Copper Fox has not tried to sell, that's why no one is interested in the "carried interest", that's why Teck has spent 6 years trying to improve the project economics and that's why we have set new share price lows for 6 years. Everything depends now on the result of the 2019 program. While we probably won't see any numbers we will judge the outcome with the public statements made and actions taken.
