This would make sense. Teck will know what they have before the JV does and if they were interested in developing Schaft they would presumably be talking to potential partners for some time now. The 3-way deal talks could be in the works as the preliminary numbers take shape and then all we hear one day (hopefully quite soon) is that the deal is done, interests and partnerships announced and sale of the asset.
