Assuming the JV is able to:

- Reduce Capex to 2.5B

- Optimize and bring cashflow up to 1B (years 1 to 5) and 500M afterwards

This would translate in a 35% IRR (pre-tax) for the entire project.

After that, Teck will work it`s magic and get this number up even more by leveraging financing, partnership, etc... which will most likely double that number.
