Good thinking explorationguy but, as usual, the devil is in the details. what value should be assigned to cuu's shares. 

If I use Koala's figures of $1550/oz X 1.5 million oz. divided by 500 million, rounded, shares I get $4.65 per share. If we recieved 60% of this value and threw in all the copper, molly and silver it would still be approx $3.00/share.

I don't think Teck wants to pay that much but someone else may considering the value of the JV agreement and the exploration potential.
