I personally believe this is our year. Clearly a wait and see but I am sure the company is ready for a sale, which could include all company assets or just the SC property.

It has been very quiet here but I guess everyone here is just waiting for something to happen.

I still have not seen news on AGM results and voting outcome. A corporate update would be nice too on SC.

Lonestar, you also mentioned Elmer stating to attendees that he believes this is the year?
