Don't think they would use the VWAP for the true value of the SC asset because just that it's an asset being sold by CF not the whole company, the final value (buyout) price will be determined by the parties involved in the transaction. Just like how Newcrest bought into the position Imperials Red Chris in that case it was to pay down debt in our case more than likely a dividend.
