With all of the activity in the Golden Triangle area lately it is hard to imagine that we have not been approached by a active buyer. Can we use the data all ready presented by CUU in the past to shop this to a prospective buyer? Also if the company has entered into a C / A with a possible buyer would they have to report that to the shareholders ?
