I listened for 45 mins to a boring coal story book then a few on Water reclamation, Oil and whammo ...they cut the sound when after they were about to talk on just a couple of smaller mineral projects WHAMO ..cut off what did they say? On 2 Smaller Projects LET alone us SC as a BIGGER PROECT. I wait - I thank Elmer and will not make fun of him here.
