I wondered about this as well. Potentially different interested parties in SC than QBII. Deals are rather large so best for Teck (and us) if two separate streams of negotiations in the works.

After so long its hard to get one's hopes up anymore. However, that story certainly underscores the present time as the one to get the deal done.
