I'm not a marketing expert, but if I would sell a portion of my asset, I would defenitely talk about future phases and potential.

Also, I would not talk about Shaft Creek before this deal is over, as it might split the interest and reduce the bidding war.

Who knows, maybe they will include Shaft Creek in a bigger package if they find the right partner.
